Returns & Refunds Policy (Physical Items)

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase from The Textile Studio we ask you to the “Returns & Refunds” sections below.

Right to Cancel

Please notify us by email / Phone with full details of your order immediately if you wish to cancel.

Your right to cancel starts the moment you place it and doesn’t end until 14 days have elapsed from the day your goods have been delivered. These form part of your basic statutory rights, and are not required to provide a reason for doing so. If you contact us requesting to cancel the order prior to the goods being dispatched, you will be issued a full refund including delivery charges. If the order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to stop the delivery to you, in this case the goods will need to be returned to us at your own expense once delivery has been made. You have 14 days to make the return. Please refer to the ‘Returns Policy’ for more information.

Return Policy

If you wish to return an order made with us please contact us email / Phone quoting your order number and full name.

Returns can be made up to 30 days from receiving your order. Please return your order as soon as possible to avoid missing the 30 day cut off point. Please be aware that return postage costs must be covered by you unless the items is either A. Damaged or B. An incorrect items. If this has been agreed by us we will cover your return postage costs. We ask you to please return the unwanted/damaged item(s) to us in the original packaging, unused and in a re-saleable condition. Please note we suggest returns be made via a reputable courier or Royal Mail and should be sent using a recorded service that requires a signature, we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit. Proof of posting should be kept and any insurance to cover the returned item(s) value is advised.

We try our hardest to ensure all goods dispatched by us are in perfect condition, but sometimes during transit items can get damaged or an incorrect item can be sent out. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item we will send you a replacement free of charge, or offer a refund for the item(s).

Please contact us on CONTACT DETAILS and speak to us before you return any items. IF we have confirmed that the item should be returned then please send your items to the below address. Any items returned and not approved will not be refunded.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be made within 30 days of the item(s) reaching us, we request all returns are made using a trackable postage service which requires a signature on delivery to ensure there is no question about whether the return has been received.

 

Returns & Refunds Policy (Courses)

Course Bookings

Full payment to book on one of our courses is required at time of booking to secure your place. You can pay online, in person at our studio or over the phone. As long as there are places left, course bookings can be made up to 24 hours in advance of the course commencing. After booking and payment you will receive a confirmation email from us acknowledging your booking.

Cancellation Policy

Course bookings are non refundable however we do understand circumstances can can change and will be as accommodating as possible if you would like to rebook on another date. If you want to discuss your booking please contact us email / Phone as soon as possible.

If YOU need to cancel:

  • Transfer your booking to the same course on an alternative date which is more suitable.

  • Provide you with a gift voucher of the same value as the original cost of the course which can be used for a future course bookings or redeemed against an order online.

If WE need to cancel:

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a course date we aim to give you as much notice as possible, a minimum of 24 hours notice. We will try to rearrange the course and transfer the booking to another date of your choice, provide you with a gift voucher to be used at another time or a full refund. We will not be held liable for any other costs or expenses that you may incur in the event of cancellation by us.

Parties & Other Private Events/Bookings

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure a private event, this is taken at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid on the date of the event. A minimum attendee number will be discussed at the time of booking and unless agreed otherwise will always have a maximum of 6 people, if the number of attendees is reduced to below the discussed minimum number the final amount to pay will still be based on the discussed total.

 

GIFT Cards/Vouchers

Gift vouchers purchased online or in store are non-refundable. They do not expire so can be used anytime, or for as long as The Textile Studio is trading. Vouchers/Gift cards can be redeemed online and used for products or course bookings.
